Daniel grew up around construction: his father started him in the trades at a young age, and his passion for building grew from there. He has worked on projects all over the country ranging from a half million square feet commercial project in Kansas to custom, residential homes in Florida. He is a visionary, natural businessman, construction enthusiast, and is incredibly personable, all things that make him a great boss, friend, and business owner. Daniel is the lifeblood of the company and plays an important role in every project, working relentlessly to make sure that everything runs smoothly from the field to the office. His goal is to make sure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are prioritized. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends, especially on a boat. Don’t be fooled, however, he never takes a break from solving problems, contemplating innovations in business or construction, and thinking of new ways to exemplify Nova’s core values.

Lauren has worked on the office side of the construction industry for 17 years. She is a rare Tennessee native who relocated to Nashville from Memphis in 2004. Daniel Brimer worked with her at another company and took note of her amazing work ethic. He brought her on in October of 2020 knowing she would be a valuable addition to the team. She is often the first to arrive at the office and the last to leave, working hard to manage the office side of Nova. Her job may be behind the scenes, but everything accomplished by the project managers, site crew, and other office staff is only possible because of her commitment to excellence. When she is not working to keep Nova Constructors’ finances on track, she enjoys spending time with her husband, watching her daughter play volleyball, traveling, and shopping.

Savannah is originally from Michigan, grew up in Florida, and has called Franklin home since 2019. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design at Liberty University and has worked in Residential Interior Design since 2021. She is passionate about serving clients and creating timeless designs that reflect their personal style. Savannah continuously researches the latest trends in design, which influences her perspective when making selections and creating custom drawings. She makes it her priority that a client's design process runs smoothly, efficiently, and raises their expectations! When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, antiquing/shopping, and trying new coffee shops.

Dan was born in India, the son of medical missionaries, and has lived in other places abroad as well as in the United States. He settled in middle Tennessee in 1973, graduating from the University of The South in Sewanee and beginning his construction career. Over the years, he has gained experience and knowledge in commercial and residential construction. His primary focus has always been to deliver the highest quality results, which is clearly seen through his past projects and professional relationships. For this reason, Daniel brought him on as a project manager and consultant in February of 2019. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing music. His musical ability, knowledge, and experience are equally as impressive as their construction counterparts.

Cole is a dedicated home builder with a decade of experience in constructing a diverse range of residential properties, from townhomes to custom single-family homes. Originally from Central Illinois, Cole earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in 2013, and he began his career in Maryland the same year. Cole relocated to the Nashville area in 2018 and continued to pursue his passion for creating homes, drawing satisfaction from seeing each project evolve from an idea to a reality. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid outdoorsman, finding solace and inspiration in nature. When not on a building site or exploring the wilderness, Cole spends as much time as he can with his wife and daughter.

Jeremy's knowledge and passion for construction came from doing various projects and remodels with his dad and brothers in Southern Illinois. He moved to Nashville in 2010 to pursue songwriting, all the while working in custom residential construction and doing trim carpentry and remodels on the side. His attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and willingness to go over and above for quality and clients are proving him a great asset to the Nova team. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and performing music, fishing, playing tennis, and cooking.

Brandon Edel grew up in South Dakota but has called Tennessee home since 2002. He has worked in construction for 12 years and is extremely passionate about each project he works on, always striving to create a beautiful home as well as a positive experience for each homeowner. When Brandon isn’t working on a project, he loves to go outdoors, spend time with his family, and make the best of every situation.
