This project wrapped up in the Spring of 2020, but it will always be a favorite of ours. While this was a complete renovation, these photos just highlights some of our favorite features. The backyard was a main priority as our clients wanted a private place for relaxing or entertaining. The pool is eye catching, but do not miss the bocce ball court and the giant chess board! In order to add space and close in the pool space, the kitchen area was added. If it wasn't impressive enough on its own, with custom cabinets and a built-in wine storage display, the floor to ceiling windows are sure to catch your eye! They do an incredible job uniting the space with the outdoor area. If you quickly swipe between the two shots of the kitchen facing the pool, you can see what a difference it makes having the "wall of windows" completely open! The entire house is highlighted with natural light thanks to the many windows and open concept. It is elegant and simplistic, but don't let that beautiful minimalism fool you... this home was designed with function and practicality in mind. It is the perfect home, entertaining space, and art piece.
